According to the writer, what eight writers from seven regions in Europe have predicted regarding contemporary art and its public funding in 2015 has already been implemented. Art has been heavily instrumentalised. There is also a tendency toward radical division in the art world: the "populist" variant of contemporary art and the "difficult" and "uncomfortable" art.
